What size should I buy?
Please use our Size Chart to compare our sizing to U.K. & U.S. dress sizes. Each item will have a model size guide in the description plus any tips on if it comes up big or small, we recommend using these to get your perfect fit.
My item is damaged. What do I do?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Please email us at info@revr.uk with your order details and the issue, before returning the item.
I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?
These sometimes go into email junk folders so please check this first and if you still do not have it, do email customer service at info@revr.uk with your name and they will be able to help locate your order details.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We will take 1 to 5 days to process your order then you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping time estimate based on where you order from. For more info please refer to our Shipping Policy
Will I pay local taxes and import duty charges?
Some countries charge a duty or tax on packages imported from the UK over a certain value and you may therefore be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order. Please check your country's tax specifications prior to placing your order, as REVR cannot be held responsible for any tax payments.

Due to uncertainties and ongoing results of COVID in various territories around the world and potential delays in local customs in certain regions, the information provided above is for guidance assuming there are no significant delays.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any orders due to the processing time of our fulfilment team, please contact info@revr.uk as soon as possible with your order number and requested amends and we will do our best to help you
How do I return an item?
To start your return, please email us at info@revr.uk stating your order number (found on your delivery note), with details of what you are returning.
Am I eligible to return my item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and be in its original packaging;
- have been purchased via the REVR website;
- be safely packed for return, avoiding damage in transit;
- contain the original order form that was in your package when received.

Will I get a refund for the returned item?
If you meet the refund criteria above then your return will be accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 21 days to receive your refund.
Who covers cost of returns?
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns but do hope to offer this service in the future, and so you will be responsible for the cost of retuning your item. If you have a faulty item, please contact our customer services team at info@revr.uk with your name, order number and brief outline of the issue before returning any item.
What happens if I don't receive a refund?
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@revr.uk

Please retain all proof of postage receipts until you are satisfied your refund/exchange request has been completed.
