Refund policy
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to make a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and be in its original packaging;
- have been purchased via the REVR website;
- be safely packed for return, avoiding damage in transit;
- contain the original order form that was in your package when received.
To start your return, please email us at info@revr.uk stating your order number (found on your delivery note), with details of what you are returning.
To return your item(s) please use the returns form found in your delivery parcel and send to the following address:

REFUNDS
If you meet the refund criteria above then your return will be accepted and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 21 days to receive your refund.
Our aim is to always process returns as quickly as possible, although it can take a little longer at busier times. Once your return has been processed at our centre, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your return and Customer Services will action your refund request as soon as possible after this where applicable.
Please retain all proof of postage receipts until you are satisfied your refund/exchange request has been completed.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@revr.uk .
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Please email us at info@revr.uk with your order details and the issue, before returning the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is important to us, and this means some items can’t be returned for refunds. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note, we do not yet offer exchanges as we deal with limited stock so as to try and minimise our wastage and wasted recycling energy.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cost of Returns
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns but do hope to offer this service in the future, and so you will be responsible for the cost of retuning your item. If you have a faulty item, please contact our customer services team at info@revr.uk with your name, order number and brief outline of the issue before returning any item.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
