Over Christmas, we have an extended returns policy on all products purchased in December - which means we will accept returns until 31st January 2023.
Free standard shipping for orders over £100 in UK.
£3.99 - please allow 1-5 working days for dispatch, however Christmas and other busy periods may be longer.
European Union
Free standard shipping for orders over £200 in EU.
£9.99 - please allow 1-5 working days for dispatch, and a further 10 days for delivery after dispatch, however Christmas and other busy periods may be longer.
USA, CANADA AND AUSTRALIA
Free standard shipping for orders over £200 in USA, Canada and Australia.
£19.99 - please allow 1-5 working days for dispatch, and a further 10 days for delivery after dispatch, however Christmas and other busy periods may be longer.
Rest of the world:
We currently do not ship to the rest of the world, but are working on it. If you would like to order from REVR to your territory, please let us know at info@revr.uk and we will see what we can do for you.

LOCAL TAXES AND DUTIES OUTSIDE OF THE UK
Some countries charge a duty or tax on packages imported from the UK over a certain value and you may therefore be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order. Please check your country's tax specifications prior to placing your order, as REVR cannot be held responsible for any tax payments.

I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?
These sometimes go into the spam/junk folders so please check this first and if you still do not have it, do email customer service at info@revr.uk with your name and they will be able to help locate your order details.
Can I change my order?
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any orders due to the processing time of our fulfilment team, please contact info@revr.uk as soon as possible with your order number and requested amends and we will do our best to help you.
